Mr. Surendra Kumar Gupta

Mr. Surendra Kumar Gupta was born in 1949 in Dhampur, District Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh. He completed his schooling in Dhampur, where he studied up to Class XII. He subsequently joined IIT/ (BHU) to pursue a degree in Electronics Engineering, which he completed in 1972.

Following his education, in accordance with his father’s wishes, he joined the family’s sugar manufacturing business in Dhampur. He remained associated with the business until 1991, spending nearly two decades in Dhampur and contributing to the development of the family enterprise.

In 1991, he relocated from Dhampur to Delhi and diversified into real estate development and stockbroking. He participated in various market-related and business activities associated with institutions and exchanges, including NSE, BSE, NCDEX and MCX and Depository authority participatand of NSDL, as mentioned in the company’s background.

Mr. Gupta has undertaken several real estate development projects and has played an important role in expanding the family’s business interests.

His commitment to social service began during his years in Dhampur, where he was actively associated with several charitable and social organisations. He also served as President of the Lions Club of DHAMPUR During 1986-1989

After moving to Delhi, he continued his involvement in professional and industry organisations. He served as Chairman of the (Association of National Exchanges Members of India, ANMI) during 2000–2001.

His professional journey reflects entrepreneurship, diversification, community involvement and a long-term commitment to business development.
